The Kaiseki Bento bar offers a variety of Bentos, prepared everyday according to what is available in the market. In the afternoon, the bar serves a tea room menu which includes green tea and other hot drinks, speciality pastries, as well as a Bento.

La madeleine au maccha - €4 each / €10 the set of 3.
Yuzu zest and matcha sprinkle, this signature Madeleine, launched by the chef in 2001. Its subtle flavours - somewhere between Proust and Japan - are best enjoyed with a cup of green tea.
Le Kabuto - €7.
Hissa’s creation with black sugar from Okinawa (Ryûkyû islands).
Le Mozart Orange - €15.
White chocolate mousse infused with orange. It is named after Mozart’s Symphony Number 40, a favourite of the sensei.
